Randy,
Very, very nice and I bet it runs great!!

Ohhhh - post a picture of the NH County series car!!!

OOOOOOOOOOOOH!! [:P][bow] AAAAAAAAHHH!!! [8D][8D][wow]

Was it worth waiting for?

*** passenger trains… [:D][:D][:D] There’s a whoel train of those County cars floating around, they’re my father in law’s. He’s got NH, PRR< CNJ, and Reading passenger stuff coming out the ears.

The T-1 was definitely worth the wait. Not that I was getting much done on the layout anyway, but now I just go down and run the T-1, make a coupel of laps, then bring it throught he crossovers intot he yard at really slow speed, bell ringing. Then back out. Or double-head it with 2113. Now THAT’S impressive, two T-1’s together!

Do they make that in Chessie Steam Special???

James

Yup, they have in service (which is what I got), the scheme used in the Reading Rail Rambles, 2124 as it appeared in the movie “From the Terrace”, as American Freedom Train, and as the (ick! [:D]) Chessie Steam Special. Each has appropriate paint and detail changes.
Overall, better detailed than the late 70’s Daiyung brass import (and light years beyond the early 60’s GEM model), but not as good as the later Overland. But you tell when where I can get a PAINTED and LETTERED Overland brass model for $300…oh yeah, with DCC and sound, and I’ll buy it.

looks good

Mine is still in the shop.

More when I get it back with video.

Impressive

That’s real nice, randy. I’m envious, can’t you see my green stars???
