I hope they have sense enough to have an internal streetcar line!

One can only hope that it’s sewage system doesn’t rely on manually emptying septic containers and transporting the contents to a disposal site.

If it’s like the rest of so-called “booming” China, there won’t be enough people to require streetcars or sewage systems.

Because it has multiple levels it can claim the largest floor space. The Boeing assembly plant has a footprint almost twice as large.

China, Dubai and other ‘wannabe’ places have taken over from the Russians, building bigger, taller, faster… Just so they can say, “Look at us. Aren’t we great?” In the meantime, the really great build for need, not for show.

Maybe if we contact the authorities at Chengdu they will add the world’s largest, most complex indoor tram system to that thing. One more bragging point…
