I would have to say any ALCo C-630 (not C-630M) riding on Hi-AD trucks, that is one mean lookin’ loco! [:D][;)] And like you Bryan, I am a big fan of the Frisco 1522, but then again I am a St. Louis resident, so its only natural. And I, along with others, was greatly saddened when high insurance rates caused the indefinate shut down of the 1522 program. [:(][V]

I like the old Chessie SD-45 and GP-40.

CPR’s SD90’s!

Any F45 or FP45 or SD45 or SDP45, or any of the E’s from E8 to E9 or the F’s from F3 to F9 and the
FL9 and all FP older variations. Some of the roads SD7 and 9 are ok as well. I like the older stuff better than the new…they had more character than the new ones.

My favorite locos[:)][:p]

ARR GP40-2 #'s 3009 - 3011
ARR GP49 # 2801- 2809

Why? Because i see the more often. Also:
BNSF Dash9 #4723
BNSF GP38-2 # 2081
BNSF SD40-2 # 8010.
Why? I’ll let you guess.

Hi. My favorite diesel locomotive would be the CSX SD70MACs. My favorite steam locomotive is the Union Pacific 3985 and Southern Pacific 4449.

Willy

My favorite locomotive have to be any product of the Illinois Central’s Paducah shop. More importantlty the SW-14 and the GP-11. Both are really neat. I would also have to say any steam locomotive that is still running around.
