You're never too young...

…to enjoy an operating session!

My brother Andy is 3, and he has his own layout underneath mine (you can see it in the upper left corner.) I saw him today wearing that train hat and a radio, and I thought he looked like an operater at a session! I brought him downstairs and posed him by my layout with a UT4, and snapped this photo. Enjoy![8D]

Thats what its all about. Great photo!!! Dave

And remember, you’re never too old either.

I managed to scrounge up some picks of my son when he was 4. It was too soon to run any ops sessions at the time but he spent hours just switching cars. He has always had a gentle hand on the throttle

Great Pic, Talk about a perfect poster child for Model Rail Roading!!!

Very cool. I’ve got a picture of my 6 year old somewhere actually running his trains. Now where the heck on the c drive did I put that picture??? He does such a good job that the guys at the club ask why he’s not with me if I have to go without him!

Thats cool, I have a 3 almost 4 cusin that just loves trains. Every time you start showing him a train and pictures of train he goes nuts!!! Next time he visits I may try to get one of theas shots. I know I dont have a master layout like you gise but he wil still go crazy.

Trainmanty,

I was looking at thoughs UT4’s as a way of starting into DCC, In your opinon (and others can post their thoughts as well) how do they compare to other systems?
