ZW instructions

I just got a ZW and in need of a copy of instructions and service papers. I had to fix the bus bar across the common posts and it seems to be working well. I would like to service it as per the service manual. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

There have also been several articles in CTT and OGR magazines and I believe some Jim Barrett OGR repair videos.

Adding to what Roy mentioned, a couple of the Backshop videos by Jim Barrett show how to repair or replace (1)the postwar ZW’s power cord, (2)the throttle rollers, (3)the binding posts and (4)how to install two $3.50 stud anode-to-case+rectifier diodes in place of the old selenium or copper disc rectifiers(for whistle/horn activation).
