Model railroader since the late 1950’s and equal interest in the prototype since 1960. Member of about a dozen railroad-related clubs, organizations and museums. Most active with the Big Bend RR Club, Inc. the oldest model railroad club in the St. Louis, MO area (since 1938) and owners of their only home (since 1994), a 1910, former Frisco passenger depot.
