I’m a long time Model Railroader (Ho Scale) and rail fan I currently live in New England but grew up in North Carolina in the 70s and spent many a day watching the Southern and Chessie System Trains. I have built a couple small Modules, and have belonged to different Clubs, but have never built my own layout. I am currently gearing up to build my first full size layout, I am considering the NW/Southern Merger period, but I may go back to the Sou and Chessie System of the 70s. What I love most about Model Railroading is the friendly helpful people you meet along the way.
