I was born and reared in Water Valley, MS., an Illinois Central railroad town and one of the terminal points for Casey Jones. I worked for the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and Columbus and Greenville Railway for a number of years. I am a drafter by trade, a large scale railroad modeler and a railroad fan. I work at the King railroad museum part time which includes an O scale model railroad layout which several of us restored for the city.
