Grandparent’s apartment was at track level with the IC/NYC/CSS&SB line at 59th St in Chicago. Lived between the Northeast Corridor line (Penn Central at the time) & the B&O Royal Blue Line in Delaware County, PA. Vacationed in the Adirondacks , thought I was the master of exploring old rail lines there until Mike Kudish started publishing. A Trains subscriber since 1972.
