Education: Ann Reno, Columbia Grammar, Columbia Grammar Preparatory, M. I. T., SB EE ‘53, SM EE ‘57. Bachelors Thesis, “Diesel Locomotive Load Regulator Controls”, Masters, “A Binaural Recording System for Concert Hall Evaluation.” High-school (CGP) Manager of Football Team, two years.

Employment: Part time at MIT and summers: truck router at ice cream plant, camp counselor, transformer designer at Mystic Transformers, Winchester, MA, Test engineer, Boston and Maine Transportation Co., Student Engineer, Electro Motive Division, GM, La Grange, IL (summer 1952), ROTC Summer Camp, 1951. Activities at MIT, Editorial Staff, Tech Engineering News, Railroad Club, Model Railroad Club, Student Jewish Appeal Director for Hillel (two years).

USArmy Sig.C. Oct. ‘54 - Sep. ‘56. mostly at Fort Bragg as Assistant Audio/Radio Member, Psychological Warfare Board (testing agent radios, parachute droppable loudspeakers, mobile radio broadcasting stations, and long-range over-ground loudspeaker systems).
