Retired railroad employee. Started as a special agent with ATSF in Chicago. Promoted to newly Quality Control Dept in 1971 which focused on damage prevention involving customer shipments and reducing the freight claim payout. Retired in LA in 2002 with BNSF. I was a card carrying hazmat responder and had a reasonable working knowledge with hazmat regulations.
