First Lionel for Christmas 1954. Floor layouts for a few years then nothing til mid 80’s. 8’x8’ then expanded but didn’t get much past running on bare benchwork. Started on current layout about a year ago. Roughly 13’x24’. ME with PE working at retail A/E/design firm. Bicycle for exercise - Xenia is bicycle capitol of Ohio. Look it up!
