Probably 1930 with the Winner line of trains.
My understanding is that it was an Ives product originally, so 1930 would fit that scenario.

in 1933 O27 track was sold by Lionel as “Lionel-Ives” track. from 1934 - 1936, the name was changed to “Lionel Junior”. the name, Lionel “O27” Track, first appeared in the 1937 catalog.
