I see the protocol these times has it down to perhaps one photo per submission. That does make a great deal of sense to me in light of the participation from “outside.”
Just left the bar and wanted to make an appearance here, where at one time I tried to do so on a daily basis. Times and circumstances change, sorry to say.
A contribution to keeping this fine thread running:
BK in Alberta, Canada’s beautiful high mountain country!

It’s lost it’s more attractive Super Continental passenger livery in place of passenger zebra stripes, but this MLW FPA4 is still a winnah [tup]

Now that we’re within days of the 2nd Annual “Our” Place Classic Trains Rendezvous in St. Louis, I’ve been thinking about last year and the fine time we had in Toronto . . .
How about a few more pics to keep this place a rollin!! 2000 posts. That’s pretty good[tup]
Here is a couple of Milwaukee Road E7As on the end of a passenger train. Pretty much all of the Milwaukee’s maroon, orange and black passenger scheme has disappeared and been painted in the 1955 UP colors.
March 1970, Kodachrome
Here’s a Milwaukee Road Skytop Parlor car. Again this is after 1955 so the paint is in the UP colors. These were used on the Twin Cities afternoon Hiawatha a lot, so more than likely this is located in Wisconsin somewhere. Note the steam line hooked up to the back of the Parlor car. Got to keep the cars warm/ cool!
