Adheasive for brass to plastic?

Just fabricated a relief valve shroud for a NYC Pacific, out of rectangleur brass tubeing, it’s 1/8 x 1/4 and about 3/16 tall.If it were a solid pieceI would have glued in a mounting stud and placed it into a hole on the top of the boiler, but i acc’d the pop valves into the tube so there is’nt room for a stud.ACC might work but it dose’nt have very good shear strength.Would goo or 5 min. epoxy or something else work.Being a hollow tube it dose’nt have too much surface area to hold a adheasive…suggestions?

testors metal and wood glue-it works great, adheres to anything without damage, and is really strong and flexible it also takes paint well theonly downside is that it comes in one of those tubes so you have to apply it with a toothpick or somethign similar it s cheap too, only $1 at the LHS for a good size tube you could also try some of that tacky glue-i’d test it first though
