Alternative to Aztec Milling

I have a Kato EMD E8 that I would like to install an ESU Loksound micro decoder and speaker. After viewing several YouTube videos, I see that most of them recommend milling out the locomotive frame for the speaker and a capacitor. These folk used Aztec Milling to make the necessary room. However, it appears that Aztec Milling has gone out of business. Would any of you be able to recommend an alternative milling service. Thanks in advance.

Southern Digital offers cast frames to replace originals in older non-dcc compatible models. Other than trying to mill it yourself, that may be the next best option. It looks like they are still in business.

I bought a new frame from them a couple years ago for an older Atlas GP-9 when I converted it to DCC and the frame worked out well.
