Has anyone ever turned a RoundHouse into a Cafe?

They turned one into a restaurant/nightclub, Walter Payton’s Roundhouse in Aurora, Ill.:
The former C&NW roundhouse in Madison, WI is now offices. WSOR (operator of pretty much all track in Madison) was working on a deal to buy the roundhouse for their offices, but I don’t know if that ever came to be.
Darn few roundhouses left standing that you can do much with. I know of one or two. Most are warehouse or garage space.
