Any Good Train Shops In Las Vegas?

Headin up to Las Vegas for a little honeymoon/vaction and I will have some free time to shop a little. I was wondering if there is any good places to go in Veags ot surrounding areas. I am intersted in HO scale. or good things to see model train related?

Thanks all!

Been a few years since I was there but there was nothing. One little chain - hobbytown or one of those. There used to be one in Henderson but I was neber there. Don’t think trains are big in Vegas

Yo, canazar , I had asked that before of someone who lives there, he said zilch, they’re all rc planes and stuff, no good train shops at all. I’ll be there in Nov. myself .

Didn’t find any trains, but I hear they have lots of free money just laying around waiting for the taking. But I didn’t find it. Try Treasure Island or Hard Rock, they both owe me some money so go collect it for me.

there is a train shop by the name of train engineer out there, but they specialize in o scale. there are two shops out there by this name and they are hte same two stores with different items, and they have ho scale sprinkled throughout the store. each store has some ho but more o scale. if you do go out there tell martin van *** and dave goulbourn. that reggie myles said hello.

have fun for us all and remember what happens in vegas stays in vegas

There’s a major distributor of G and On30-scale trains and equipment in Las Vegas by the name of St. Aubin Junction at 4220 East Craig Road. I’ve never been there but have mail ordered from them several times. They also have a large shop in Woodstock, Illinois.

Let me put in my bid for TRAIN EXCHANGE, 6008 Boulder Highway (702-456-8765).

The shop is purely model railroad oriented, with a pretty good mix of products in several scales. It’s located on the west side of Boulder Highway, so it’s best to approach southbound. Once you’re in the right number series, don’t blink or you’ll miss it. There’s a large, off-street parking lot about fifty yards to the south - very handy.

Hope this helps

Chuck (who is an occasional customer)

Thanks everyone for the input. Chuck, I will most definatly look into them. They have a good selection of HO stuff?
