Anyone familiar with Hiawatha Hobbies in Pewaukee WI??

Hi all, I set up a plan for making installment payments on something thru the internet with Hiawatha Hobbies in Pewaukee Wisconsin a few months back. They’re supposed to be sending me a PayPal bill the first of each month; No probllem with the January pmt but haven’t heard anything for Feb. yet. I’ve tried contacting them online several times with no response. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with them, if there’s a problem (owner is ill, the shop has closed, etc.??) Thanks.

Pewaukee? Isn’t that halfway between Owaukee and Quwaukee?

I think they probably took your payment and went on vacation to Tahiti.

Well if they could find a flight to Tahiti for $50, more power to them!!

Have you tried ‘calling’ them? They usually are at Trainfest for the Mad City Train show(Madison this week-end).

I may have to, I kinda hate making a long distance call if I can avoid it. I don’t know if this is a brick-and-mortar hobby shop or just an online one, could just be a one-man operation FAIK.

Just to let you all know it is a brick and motar store. I live about 20-40mins from them. Pretty cool place. I need to go out there again.
