I’m not sure that one exists, but I found this one for BNSF, was hoping there was one for UP.

I don’t know if there is such an ‘official’ UP map for the public, but their website does offer a variety of maps, the closest being from the service unit diagram button on the semi-lower right of:
A few years ago I was fortunate enough to find on line CN/GTW track charts of their michigan lines in PDF form. They are at least seventeen years old now, and I suspect CN/GTW considers them propritary information. They are very detailed including things like degrees of curvature, grades both upward and downward, and in much more detail than worth posting here.
Assuming they are aware of those track charts being on line I would think CN/GTW is not happy with the individual who posted them. Even though there have been many changes since then I think they would consider it a security issue.
The employee timetables have maps that identify the individual subdivisions. I don’t know of any public maps (issued by the UP) that have the subdivisions identified.
There was a site called fog charts that was run by a UP employee that had track charts (by subdivision) for most of the railroad. (He also had yearly study guides for the GCOR and hazmat tests.) He retired a few years ago and his site is no longer available.
