Jim, a little more than 3 seconds of steam action would have been welcome.
NG video just started then quit. WHY?
Not much steam action
Lots of stuff can be said about lots of stuff. Taking into consideration that we are are not talking politics, religous preferances, or personal beliefs, we should be aware we are talking TRAINS. If you are a S,N,HO,Lionel, who cares, it’s about trains in model form. Lets be aware that there are many opinions out there. Keep it clean, have respect for others and boost the current from 18 to 20 volts. We’ll all have a better time and glue our relationships better than any epoxy! Bet my engine will out pull yours… Jim

I had the pleasure of riding the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad about 10 years ago, and it remains one of the nicest train rides I have taken. So, I was thrilled to see Jim Wrinn’s promise of some “narrow gauge steam action” in this week’s look into the upcoming Trains magazine… but crestfallen when the “action” lasted a a scant few seconds. I wonder why we can’t have more of a taste of these teasers and not just a nibble.
I received this issue and read it last week. Why do these newsletters come out after the fact? This is never a preview.
