ATLAS C30-7 VS U30C

I have several of the C30-7s and would like to paint up some of the 900 class MoPac U30Cs, my question is does anyone know or have any experience with swapping the bodies, that is will the U30C shell fit down on the C30-7 chassis or do I need to get a new chassis as well?

The U30C shares the same frame as the U33C. According to atlas, the C30-7 and U33C share the same weight and frame:

It’ll fit, but some milling of the front weight is required. I’ve put the newer atlas U30C shell on the older U33C/C30-7 frame. The front weight has to be milled a bit to fit because the U30C has the crew in the cab.
