Years ago, Atlas used to have a diagram of a turnaround using 3 wye tracks and sectional curves. Does anyone know what the sectional curves are?

I think you are referring to the Atlas track planning book. They show several different wyes. How much space do you have for a wye?
The smallest wye takes up 26 & 3/4 inches by 23 inches and makes a 50 degree turn. It uses (3) Custom-Line wye turnouts, (3) 1/3-18"r and (3) 18"r curves.
The 1/3-18"r is placed on one leg of each turnout.
There are seven other wye combinations.
#4 ISOCELES WYE (48" x 24" - 90 degree turn )
#6 ISOCELES WYE (51" X 23 & 1/2" - 90 degree turn)
SCISSORS WYE #1 (47" x 45" - 90 degree turn)
SCISSORS WYE #2 (40" x 43" - 90 degree turn)
DOUBLE-TRACK WYE (70" X 36" - 90 degree turn)
60 DEGREE WYE (53" X 31")
45 DEGREE WYE (61" X 34 & 3/4")
Thanks, Gary!!
