Autorack Cars in Rockwood (CSX Keystone Sub)

I noticed a string of autorack cars sitting in the siding behind Rockwood Manufacturing in Rockwood, PA along the CSX Keystone Sub (west side of Sandpatch grade). They’ve been there for a few weeks now. Just wondering why they’ve been there so long and why they’d be left there in the first place.

Probably waiting for the shackles to be installed…it’s a kinder, gentler railroad, they are thinking about ventilation now…

Could be temporary storage for cars assigned to assembly plants idle for model changeover or could be cars ready to scrap. Reporting marks or or pool assignment marks might provide a clue.
