Bachmann N Scale N&W J Class Decoder Reccommendations

With 611 on the move, I’ll be visiting Strasburg this summer to see my first mainline steamer. As such, I felt inspired to get my Bachmann Spectrum model of 611 repaired and install a sound decoder, but I’ve never installed a steam decoder. So… what would be the best one to install? Thanks!

I would be looking at the SoundTraxx Tsunami 2 1100 series decoder.

I prefer the SoundTraxx steam decoders over the LokSound’s steam.
