After being MIA for the last 11 months I decided to see if I could still sign on. I signed up with a new e-mail address and password. It won’t let me sign in. I went back and found my first e-mail address and password I’d used to to log onto the site originally. It still worked, except now I can’t log out. When using Windows 10 and Edge on my HP protable I can’t even reach the site. I got a 403 Forbiden message. Yet on my old desktop Using Windows 7 Professional and Edge I can log on, but not log out. I know there’s been talk that the software is buggy and new software is in the future but nobody knows when.

So, can any Admin reading this explain why and how to fix it so I can get rid of my old e-mail address and use my new one? Or do I need to go back to lurk mode.

I am also stuck with my old email address for my account. I have not tried to sign out, but I am OK with that.

Sometimes sites like these won’t allow two different login accounts from the same ISP. It’s to allow control of access to an otherwise open system.

Try contacting Customer Service with your query: 1-877-246-4879. They should be able to address your issue.

If you want to log out, clear your cookies for the site. That’s the only why that I’ve been able to successfully log out of the forum. Otherwise, I just stay logged in - no big deal.
