BACK IN BUSINESS!

I know theres another thread thats been on here about BLI being slow in there repairs. Its true but when I got home today my SW-7 Switcher (DCC/Sound) was waiting for me. It did take about 4 weeks but they said it was a defective decoder and they repolaced it. Did not charge one cent. even paid the postage. I will give them credit for that.

Sounds like you got the fast treatment, and probably only because it was a simple swap fix. I wonder if a few other people who have indicated their impatience recently have had to wait because of a shortage of some parts. Anyway, it is good to see you back in running form.

I also had very good luck with BLI service. They repaired a Steam engine for me… back to like new condition… no charge. Faster would have been nice, but no complaints here.

I sure will TOM. Glad to see you again. By the way, Ifinally posted a couple of photos of the layout on 2 of the forums during the last week. Did you get a chance to see them?
