Has anyone found the ultimate engineer for the BFoC? Commercially available, that is?

There’s some interesting ‘pewter’ engineer figures out there if this is what you mean. They are eminently kit-bashable - so can be relatively easily made into what you’d like. I am a fan of the Arttista brand, which are more ‘modern’ - You would like Andrew C Stadden’s work (his are 1:43). His Edwardian figures might work for BFoC. Mountainviewminiatures.com offers more ‘traditional’ figures

I’ve got one of the Arttista firemen ready to go onto my BFoC. You can see him third from the right on the top level of this photo:

My BFoC will be an “historical” train on my layout, so I don’t mind the late steam-era fireman’s outfit.
