Bill Wischer to retire from model railroad manufacturer Wm K. Walthers Inc.
As a fellow Purdue Alum and past Purdue Railroad Club President, I can only say that through Bill’s efforts and work, I have become a much better model railroader. Bill has been one of the behind scenes guys that has so vastly improved the hobby. Best wishes on your retirement!

Through my entire career in business, Bill goes down as one of the best that I have worked with. His knowledge of the industry along with his quick wit and willing to help at anytime will never be forgotten.

he was a staple in the company when i first met him in Milwaukee at the 50th anniversary conference in 1984 i wish him well in his retirement.
