I notice they seem to be confused about what and RSD-15 and SD40-2 looks like also. [:)] What does “Starting at” mean in their prices? Is that the price for DC only, DCC, or DCC and sound. There seems to be nowhere to click to get more information.
Their “Starting At” usually means the highly sought after road names are higher priced. The undecorated and road names that go unsold are the base price.
