Curiousely, my “copy” of the story states that the funeral train ran in 1865. Maybe the story was altered after your comment was received, William, and before I read it.

How much of the funeral route is on CSXT? Will CSXT allow a steam locomotive on their railroad?

I think there is a typo in the story as Lincoln’s funeral train ran in 1865
