I won at auction a brass Samhongsa E8 Pilot on Ebay and would like to know how to mount it to the body of a Rivarossi Dummy E8. On the pilot there are 5 holes. The one in dead center is threaded to accept the coupler (I’m guessing…only seems logical) and the two on either side of it are smooth bore.
The other two remaining holes are oblong or elongated and are set further away from the center three, closer to the edges.
Would these two holes be the mounting holes? If so, what size screws should I use to adhere to the underside of the carbody?
