Using code 100 track on the layout and the long bridges used code 83. How do I make these two join with the height differnce between the two as I have not seen any code 100 bridge track.

Put code 100 rail joints on the code 100 rail. Pinch the part closed not on the rail with pliers (the flat way) and solder the code 83 on top of the rail joint. The height will be very close.
As Ned avove stated or you can purchase a C83 to C100 joiners made by Atlas, there may be other MFG’s that make these special joiners as well. I have used the atlas C100 plastic insulated joiner as well, to isolate track at the end of a bridge bridge track to c 100. A small .015 plastic shim in the bottom of the insulated joiner works great. You might want to save those scrap C83 rails, for short guard rails. …John
