Any experience on CAD software. I have AUTOCAD and I know I can do everything with Autocad, but you have to know the rules of the game, such as the minimum radius for HO, maximum elevation rise, etc. Do the other, made for RR cad softwares offer a better package for laying out a good layout. YOu must make the BLOCKS in Aut0Cadd. Go to NMRA and get the data for each type of tunout and make a block. I used 3rd PLanet and dxf to Autocadd 2000. That was the easy way.
