This sounds like one of Lionel’s Large Scale sets for G scale/track. I don’t believe they are produced any more.
I suggest posting this question on the Garden Railways > General Discussion forum. Also check on eBay for Lionel Large Scale to see if similar sets are for sale. I don’t think this was a very successful line for Lionel, so it probably doesn’t have a lot of value. But then again with the Lionel name, it may have some collector value.
