Not sure Harry. I copied the properties from the “red X” you posted, and it took me to your flikr pic. I did enlarge it, then copied the properties of the enlargement back into your quote.
Nothing like that ever graced British rails-we had few 0-4-0’s and even fewer with air compressor’s (I think that’s what they are-side of the smoke-box).
but there are a lot of detail differences. As I said, there were various Krauss 0-4-0’s, and I really can’t say whether the variations here are haphazard modeling or based on another loco. Definitely looks German or Austrian, though.
If I could read German I could probably dig up more, but I can’t. I know “dampflokomotiv” and can puzzle technical data out but that’s it.
