Note: I Had Mentioned Before On Another Post And Wanted To State This Once More That The Capitalization Is Some What Of A Habit For Me.
The Canadian National Railroad River Subdivision In Wisconsin Between New Lisbon And Tomahawk Is A 150 Mile Subdivision Used To Connect Northern And Southern Wisconsin (CN) To Steven Point Which Each Customer Is Mostly A Containerboard Mill And A Chemical Facility Which There Is At Least More Than 28 Customer Located On The Subdivision Which At The Near End Of The Northern Section For The River Subdivision Would Be The Little Engine That Could Which Is Known As The Tomahawk Railroad Which Is A Four Mile Railroad With Seventeen Employees And Two Locomotives Used To Service The Tomahawk Containerboard Mill And Tomahawk Containerbaord Warehouse With An Annual Carload Rate Of More Than Seven Thousand Five Hundred.
The Tomahawk Railroad Attempted To Purchase The River Subdivision And From That Point On There Was No Other Discussion About It Which The Purchase Never Happened In 2001 When Canadian National First Purchased Wisconsin Central Railroad And Was Wondering Whether Or Not Anyone Knows What Happened With The Proposed Purchase? Did Canadian National Railroad Want To Keep The Subdivision, Did The Tomahawk Railroad Not Have Enough Revenue To Pay Or What?
Thanks!
