I had to get my password by e-mail, they gave me one that their is no way I’ll remember it.
So how do you change the password?
Hi Don, Go to the main page of gardenrailways.com and, on the right side, you’ll see the “welcome” profile box. Click on “update your account.” You’ll need to log in with your name and temporary password. You’ll see your name and address at the top of the page. Right under there is a link to update your password. If this doesn’t work, or you’re still having problems, email customerservice@kalmbach.com. They are trained to help.

the way it worked for me was the temporary password was only to “unlock” your account from the old site. Once you do that, everything else is the same. At least it was for me…including my old password.

Only problem I had was one character in my password I thought was a 0 turned out to be a O. O well.

I had a simular problem and i still don’t know what the character was, so i started over and recevied a NEW password that worked.

Don, I always just copy/paste stuff like that so there cannot be any discrepencies.
That’s what I was doing. But when I used it update accounts the new password would not work.
I e-mail customer service and they sent me my old password back.
