I am building a suitcase model of the Z SCale Noch St Anton (87015) layout. I am using the Marklin Christmas Train Starter Set, Marklin Track. I will keep this updated as I go along with the progress. The figures I am using are from Trafofuchs winter figures primarily. I am using JTT bare trees, and NOCH 32820 Model Fir Trees, the Noch Lit Christmas tree. Vollmer 49540 Farm House and Barn, Faller 282706 Z Blumendorf Wayside station, Vollmer 9533 “The Sun” Country Inn buildings. Fitting all this into Halliburton Los Angeles Aluminum Suit Case

I don’t think there is anything proprietary for T-scale snow. Certainly not something that could be dusted or sprayed on in the way ‘snow’ in larger scales can be applied.
You may be looking at thinned white paint applied with an airbrush as a permanent effect.
