What are the Class 1 intermodal routes, especially those that have clearance for doublestacks? BNSF has maps of their intermodal routes. What about UP, NS, KCS and CSX?

The maps are ok, but they don’t tell you the point-to-point pairs that are served. Their service matrices tell you alot more about that (what pairs are served, do they handle COFC (Dom/ Intl), TOFC, etc.
