Commuter operator objects to MBTA bidding process
Kelolis was the only other bidder other than MBCR. The MBTA was hoping for multiple bidders but most others seem to have been scared off by an alleged inside track MBCR had. So the American operators wimped out and the French had more cohones and got it. Good for them, they took the risk American companies used to show.
I smell a lawsuit here. Just what a cash strapped agency needs.
Get an American company to run it.
