Con-Cor Alco PB-1 w/sound

Hi everyone, I wanted to find out what anyone thinks about or has heard about the N scale Con-Cor PB-1 w/sound? At $200- it’s a pretty pricey investment. Is it worth it?

I’m not up to N speed but their HO products, Pioneer Z, only carry a 30 day warranty.
That’s too much $ without protection for this guy.
