couplers for steward 70 tomn hoppers in ho

I have two kits for the above hoppers. i want to put Kadee #5 on it. In the inscutrciton it says "couplers not provided. Coupler pads are locateed at correct hight for kadee #5’s.: the sketch shaws the 2/56 x 3/16 scrrew going up through the botton but show no detail on the coupler pocket.

Can anyone holp me?

john there should be a small round piece in the coupler pocket where the screw goes. just put the kadee centering spring in then the coupler put the screw thru the coupler cover and hope for the best as this can be very frustrating work

Kadee #148 will also work, Fewer parts and just as good if not better.
