William Thomas Rice. I think that is who Rice yard is named after in Waycross, Ga.

Here it is after May '05 wreck.

He was a Seaboard Coast Line Chairman and CSX Board Member.

The W. Thomas Rice Special honors a former CSX/SBD/SCL/SAL officer, retiring as Chairman of CSX, after the merger with Chessie (B&O/C&O/WM).

Didnt know it was wrecked! thanks for the info and the pictures. will have to keep an eye out for it.should be refuled and heading back this way eastbound soon.
