In my area CSX recently changed from using the NORAC Form D to the “EC-1” for track permission. I found the Form D a while back, but haven’t been able to locate the EC-1. Anyone got one they could scan in and send along? Aside from listening to the DS dictate them and having a better idea what’s going on (like, what’s on the lines they skipped?), I’m considering using some form of them on my model railroad…
its just like a form D from what i understand… i have seen them…in fact i think i have a book of them im my grip but im not 100% sure if its still in thier…but i have had a form D book and they are just about the same thing… if thier is any differnces at all…they are minor…

I go to work tonight…and I wil scan ya one…then will post tomorrow
Thanks. As csxe says, it’s functionally the same at the Form D, but it’s different…
Form EC-1 is printed out along with the Train Messages and is identified as Form EC-1, in the non-NORAC part of CSX it replaces a form known as ‘ER Part 3’.
Form EC-1 is a standardized means to communicate Mandatory Directives from the Train Dispatcher to Train and Engine Crews throughout the entire CSX property.
thier are also big booklets of the forms… i have seen them laying around the yard office for a while now…

Is there a site where I can get a copy of the form?
