Was wondering if anyone knew if they give tours of the yard?
Can I write or Ask CSX for permission to take pictures there?
if so where do I write?
or do I just do what I do, drive there and take pics along the road by the yard…
thanks

THE RAILROAD DOESNT GIVE TOURS AND YOUKNOW WHY … INSURANCE AND POST 911 TRESSPASSING IS NO NO THERE THEY WILL ARREST YOU THERE. IM SORRY BUT THATS CSX .
A great and safe place to take photos of Selkirk Yard is from Ben’s Bridge (County Route 53). The bridge spans the yard making it possible to view the inbound yard, locomotive facility, and north departure yard.
I have been at the bridge… is that one that is right be the fuel rack…
they won’t hassle you if you are there???
always feel I don’t want to stay there too long…
I’ve never had any problems there. Just stay on the side of the road, sit on the guard rail, and you’ll be fine. I usually stay a couple hours on the bridge.
cool
