RFP for the scheme to be applied to Superliners.

There isn’t already a planned Phase VII livery for them?

I suspect there is, but the Amtrak portal indicates an RFP for ‘phase 7 for Superliners’ is open for a week with the number I provided.

Whether they actually use any results of that RFP, I don’t know, but I’m not sure why they’d go to the trouble if they’d already decided.

I have to believe that it is officially Phase 7.
