i would love to start detailing some of my locomotives but i have no idea what i am doing. so any advice would be nice. and if you guys have any web sites with pics this would be realy nice.

For a great source of prototype pics, I check out railpictures.net. You can search for all types of engines for many, many different roads. More than one occasion I have looked something up and found myself getting really close to the screen, stareing hard andmuttering … “Well, lookie there… they did do that on those….” or my favorite… "well, whadda ya know…."
