Digitrax DCS210+ flashing PWR LED

I get a slowly flashing PWR LED on my Digitrax DCS210+ when plugged into my 127V power source. What does this mean? Can I run locos with this green LED slowly flashing?

I’d check Section 9.1 on page 27 of the Digitrax Evolution Express Family Manual that came with your DCS210+. It explains all the status LEDs and what they mean.

i was curious what they mean as well (DCS 210+ manual)

9.1 DCS210+ status Leds:

The DCS210+ PWR led is GREEN when a Command station and RED when
only a BOOSTER, and will blink occasionally to indicate the unit is alive.

The PROG led blinks when the PA and PB terminals are feeding power to a
connected program track during service mode programming (see section 7.1.1).

The NET led will be RED when the LocoNet is active, and will blink when it
sees good loconet messages. In system SLEEP mode NET led stays OFF.

The TRACK STATUS is a bi-color led and directly indicates the mainline track
voltage and DC balance. With Loco 00/analog activity this red/green balance
will change color to shades of red/orange/green.

The USB led will light blue if the USB port is connected and recognized by a
PC.

Thank you for your reply. I now locos running with my Digitrax DCS210+.
