Bottom line: There is NO IMPACT to model railroaders…!
True about the no impact, it still was a historical building that used to run the Trolley system by street level cables prior to 1900.
What is even worse city hall is now excited about using the newly burnt up space (One city block) to develop a new real estate or other construction in the future.
